Vocanta offers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) reflecting UK GDPR and EU GDPR obligations for customers acting as controllers of personal data processed by our services.
Scope
The DPA governs processing carried out by Vocanta on behalf of the customer, including sub-processors listed in the Annex.
Standard Contractual Clauses
Where applicable, the SCCs (Modules 2 and 3) and the UK Addendum are incorporated by reference.
